Check Ergonomics.  Improper office ergonomics design can have a huge impact on productivity.  It is important to make sure your eyes are 24 - 36 inches from your computer screen and the top of your monitop should be below or at eye level.  Feet should be on a foot rest or planted firmly on the floor.  You should be in a slightly reclined chair posture to reduce vertebrae pressure and minimize lower back pain.
